A monthly gathering for creative and curious people who want to explore the world of zine making and self-publication. A warm and welcoming place to express yourself through words and images. Permission to create freely and frequently. Time set aside to dedicate to your creative practice and a community of people who want to do the same thing. 

What will we do?: Each month will be loosely based around a theme and a prompt which will jump start our session. You are welcome to stick close to the inspiration or roam as wide and wild and you want to go. I’ll provide zine bases, plenty of paper to make your own, collage images, stickers, pens, paints and all the supplies you need to get started. Offerings will change every month based on the theme. We’ll talk for the first 20 min or so and then use the rest of the time to work and make a zine page or a whole book in a co-working-in-a-studio type environment.

Who can come?: All ages welcome, but you do need to be able to focus and respect work time for a solid 2hrs so this is probably best for older kids, teens, and adults. Do I have to attend every session?: Nope. You can come to as many or a few as your desire and schedule allows. I’ll be holding the space and you can dip in and out whenever you need it.
